Information you provide
When you submit a project inquiry, the website processes your name, email address, company name (if entered), selected service, budget range (if entered), and your message. Project and partnership inquiries are currently delivered via Formspree when its delivery endpoint is configured. If delivery is unavailable, the website provides a direct email fallback instead of claiming the message was sent. The hosting and form-delivery providers may process submitted information to provide their services. There is no customer-contact database built into the website.
AI chat
When live AI chat is enabled, the text you send and recent chat history are sent to OpenAI using its API to generate a reply. The site requests store:false for OpenAI Responses API calls and does not add its own chat-history database. OpenAI and infrastructure providers may process information in accordance with their own policies and applicable retention practices. Chat messages can still pass through hosting logs and infrastructure. Avoid sharing confidential information, passwords, payment-card numbers, or medical information.
Security and logs
The website uses request limits to reduce abuse. Hosting providers may collect normal technical records, such as IP address, device/browser information, and request times. The site owner must review any analytics, cookies, marketing integrations, and privacy requirements before enabling them.
Partnership inquiries
If you use the Partnerships form, we collect the contact details and project or equipment information you voluntarily enter to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Please avoid including confidential data or sensitive personal information. If secure email delivery is not configured, the form will ask you to send from your own email application rather than silently storing the message.
